“In Hawaii Kai tonight, the Christmas parade took to the water. It was the 19th annual Festival of Lights Boat Parade. Twenty-two boats of all sizes, decked out for the holidays, passed by Hawaii Kai’s town centre to be judged and then they toured the marina, passing waterfront homes, many with viewing parties going on. There were even two holiday-colored water-jetpacks providing entertainment. The festival has grown to draw thousands of spectators.”
